We are looking for passionate ServiceNow Developers with 2-5 years of hands-on experience to join our Talent Incubator Program (TIP)

. This instructor-led program is designed to develop project-ready ServiceNow Consultants through enterprise-focused training, hands-on labs, real-world implementation projects, and mentorship from experienced ServiceNow professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
- Work on ITSM implementations, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Participate in hands-on labs, assessments, and a real-world capstone project.




- Collaborate with project teams while following ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow CSA Certification (Mandatory).
- Valuable knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ITIL concepts.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and ITSM.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills Exposure to CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, ITOM, CSM, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Virtual Agent, or AI capabilities will be an added advantage.
