We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Integration Developer / Senior ServiceNow Integration Developer to design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, cloud platforms, databases, and third-party systems.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop ServiceNow integrations with external applications.
- Develop API-based, database-driven, and event-driven integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Create technical documentation and deployment procedures.
- Support production integrations and enhancements.





Required Experience

- 5+ years of Software Development & Systems Integration experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Integration experience.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
- Experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications.
- Robust SQL and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD Certification.
- Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions.
- ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD.
- Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, SAML, SCIM.
