Admin Service Executive – Installation & Dispatch

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

Nexus Enterprise is looking for an Service Executive to coordinate AC installations, service requests, and material dispatch. The candidate should ensure timely execution of projects by coordinating with technicians, customers, warehouses, and transporters.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate AC installations and service visits.
- Schedule technicians and manage daily work assignments.
- Plan and track dispatch of materials to project sites.
- Follow up with customers until installation is completed.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and OEMs for timely deliveries.
- Maintain installation reports and daily MIS.
- Resolve customer queries and service-related issues.




- Ensure timely completion of pending installations.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in service coordination or dispatch.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience in HVAC/AC industry preferred.

Preferred

- Experience with Split, Cassette, and Window AC projects.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
