Role: Commissioning, Quality & Service Engineer

Experience:- 4+ years

Role Definition:- Commissioning, Quality & Service Engineer is the one who is responsible for establishing quality in execution, flawless, smooth commissioning & handing over of the projects & providing excellent after sale services.

Responsibility Deliverable:-

1.Establish quality standards in execution.

2.Smooth & timely commissioning & handing over.

3.Warenty & AMC services.

Tasks & Activities:-

1.Establish quality standers in execution:-

-Timely Quality audit @ site as per company standards.

-Educate Execution team for quality expectations, audit & guide project engineers self audit.

-Evaluate the self audit of PE & provide feedback.

2.Smooth & timely commissioning & handing over:-





-Complete pre commissioning checks & obtain commissioning clearances from Engineering.

-Carry out the commissioning of system with required coordination of external agencies if any &

performance log as per standards.

-Troubleshoot if required with technicians or execution contractors.

-Obtain the validation of performance logged with engineering.

-Hand over the project to customer establishing warranty certificate, Spare requirement, AMC details through PM.

3.Warenty & AMC services:-

-Make the AMC/ warranty visit plan with Commissioning manager approval.

-Ensure the planed service visits are attended.

-Address/ attend break down calls & over hauling.

-Carry out the analysis of breakdown visits & access the healthiness of installation with commissioning manager approval.

-Renewal of the contracts as per company standards.
