SERVICE ENGINEER

Mahabal Workforce Solutions is hiring Service Engineers for a leading engineering and manufacturing organization for multiple locations across India.

We are looking for experienced and technically skilled candidates with hands-on experience in Material Handling Equipment, Electric Vehicles, Golf Carts, Buggies, Industrial Equipment or related products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Installation, commissioning and servicing of industrial equipment and electric mobility products.
- Attend breakdown calls and customer service complaints.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and hydraulic issues.
- Identify equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs and component replacement.
- Conduct routine inspections and equipment health checks.
- Troubleshoot motors, batteries, chargers, controllers, wiring and other electrical components.
- Maintain service reports, job cards, inspection reports and other technical documentation.
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers at their locations.
- Coordinate with internal technical, sales and service teams for effective issue resolution.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and maintain good customer relationships.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation, maintenance and breakdown support.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Mechatronics or a related technical discipline.

Experience:

2–8 years of relevant experience in service,



maintenance or field-service roles.

Candidates from the following industries are preferred:

- Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Forklift / Electric Forklift
- Pallet Truck
- Stacker
- Tow Truck
- Golf Cart / Buggy
- Electric Vehicle (EV)
- Automobile
- Industrial Equipment
- Warehouse Equipment
- Electrical Equipment
- Hydraulic Equipment
- Engineering / Manufacturing Equipment

TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of motors, batteries, chargers and controllers.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting using a multimeter and basic diagnostic tools.
- Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.

IDEAL CANDIDATE Candidates who are currently working as Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Technical Service Engineer, MHE Service Engineer, EV Service Engineer, Automobile Service Engineer or Industrial Equipment Service Engineer can apply.

Freshers are not preferred for this requirement. Candidates with relevant hands-on field-service experience will be given preference.
