Role Description The Senior Technical Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for technical and professional positions. This role includes managing full-life cycle recruiting activities such as intake meetings with hiring managers, crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection and offer processes.

Recruiter will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders,



provide consultative insights on market trends, and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate data in recruitment systems, tracking key metrics, and continuously improving sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals. The role requires close collaboration with the broader recruitment team to support high-priority requisitions and drive best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Recruiting experience, with the ability to understand technical roles and assess relevant skills.
- Candidates should possess proven Hiring expertise, including interview coordination, selection support, and offer negotiation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, confident speaking, and effective stakeholder interaction.
- Demonstrated experience in agency or corporate recruitment, preferably supporting US-based clients or global markets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative mindset focused on long-term client and candidate partnerships.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
