Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Teamcenter Implementation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and support.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing and implementing Teamcenter solutions, configuring and customizing Teamcenter applications, developing integrations, and supporting implementation and deployment activities.

The role requires strong technical and customer-facing skills, along with the flexibility to travel to Saudi Arabia and work onsite for certain duration.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions based on customer requirements.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into Teamcenter solutions.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Configure Teamcenter workflows, data models, access controls, business rules, and PLM processes.
- Develop customizations and extensions using appropriate Teamcenter technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues during implementation and production support.
- Participate in customer workshops, technical discussions, demonstrations, and solution reviews.
- Prepare technical specifications, design documents, configuration documents, and other project documentation.
- Support data migration, validation, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Work closely with onsite customer teams, functional consultants, solution architects, and offshore development teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior Teamcenter engineers.
- Support system performance, stability, and production issue resolution.
- Participate in commissioning, go-live, and hypercare activities at customer locations.




- Travel to Saudi Arabia for specific period as required.

Required Technical Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter implementation and customization.
- Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM.
- Experience in Teamcenter configuration, administration, customization, and deployment.
- Solid knowledge of Teamcenter modules and PLM processes.

CAD / PLM Integration Experience Experience with integration between Teamcenter and CAD applications such as:

- Siemens NX
- SolidWorks
- CATIA
- Creo
- AutoCAD

Knowledge of CAD/PLM data management, BOM management, engineering change management, and product lifecycle processes is preferred. Integration Experience The candidate should have experience integrating Teamcenter with enterprise systems such as:

- SAP / ERP
- Siemens Opcenter / MES
- Manufacturing systems
- CAD applications
- Enterprise applications
- Document management systems
- Other third-party applications

Experience with Teamcenter Gateway / T4S or similar integration technologies will be an added advantage.

- Troubleshoot deployment and environment-related issues.
- Support performance tuning and production stabilization.
- Prepare deployment and technical support documentation.

Customer-Facing Responsibilities

- Work directly with customer business and IT teams to understand requirements.
- Conduct technical discussions and provide recommendations.
- Participate in workshops and solution walkthroughs.
- Communicate technical issues, risks, dependencies, and proposed solutions.
- Provide onsite technical support during implementation and go-live.
- Coordinate effectively between customer, onsite, and offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Siemens Teamcenter certification will be an advantage.
- Experience working on large-scale PLM transformation or Teamcenter implementation projects.
- Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, or similar industries is preferred.
- Prior international onsite experience will be an advantage.

Saudi Arabia Onsite Requirement The candidate must be willing to travel to Saudi Arabia and work onsite for certain project durations based on project requirements.
