About Project/Role :
We are looking for a seasoned Healthcare Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in the US Healthcare ecosystem to support presales engagements across payer/provider solutions. This role is critical to strengthening our domain-led solutioning capabilities—helping translate client challenges into impactful, scalable, and compliant healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, presales exposure, and the ability to collaborate with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to win strategic deals.

Claims processing & adjudication
Provider data & revenue cycle management
Articulate healthcare workflows and transformation journeys in a business-friendly manner
Provide domain inputs for accelerators, assets, case studies, and GTM collateral

Strong experience in US Healthcare domain (8–10 years)
Exposure to Payer and/or Provider operations
Claims lifecycle
Revenue cycle management (RCM)
Fraud, Waste & Abuse
Experience supporting presales engagements, solutioning, or consulting roles
Experience working on proposals, client demos, and workshops
Regulatory & Standards
Experience working with healthcare SMEs/presales teams or consulting organizations.
Exposure to digital transformation, cloud, data, or AI initiatives in healthcare.
Experience working with US-based clients or onsite coordination.
