Job Description We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (BDE)
n We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the Real Estate or Interior Design industry.
n Key Responsibilities:
n * Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and real estate professionals
n * Identify and generate potential leads from builders and real estate projects
n * Develop new business opportunities and lead-generation channels
n * Collect and maintain relevant project/customer data
n * Coordinate with the interior sales team and ensure quality leads are shared for further conversion
n * Consistently achieve lead-generation targets
n What We're Looking For:
n * 2–3 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Interiors




n * Strong network and connections with builders & developers
n * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n * Valuable understanding of lead generation and business development
n * Target-oriented and proactive approach
n * Ability to work independently and deliver results
n Location: Madhurwada, Visakhapatnam
