Job Description Responsibilities
n Lead, develop and manage the HSE function at Bangalore Site.
n Create a positive and developing climate, with respect to HSE.
n Manage and develop the personnel and working processes within the site wrt HSE.
n Ensure that site complies with all legal requirements
n Ensure that site meets AN HSE Standards and Directives.
n Establish plans and site objectives according to the objectives, frames and prioritizations of
n the business
n Fulfil objectives with respect to improved HSE performance targets
n Ensure completion of all relevant statutory documentation related to HSE inline with local
n laws.
n Establish, apply and develop an efficient HSE Management Model for Site.
n Manage the HSE budget for the department/site.
n Lead, coordinate and execute HSE element of the projects chosen by the site.
n Participate and represent Site in external and internal HSE networks Compliance –
n statutory matters for the multi BU site @ Bangalore.
n Hazard study leader
n Carryout the Hazard study of site and support other site in India on Hazard study
n PSM expert pool member and Site PSM champion
n Contribute to BBS program at site
n PTW compliance
n Ensure the implementation of MOC/RA/Hazard study/AIG/PSM
n Ensure time to time audits and rectification of HSE related concerns
n Job Requirements
n Engineering Graduate in Environmental Science + H/S/E - Diploma
n 8+years experience in Manufacturing Safety setup.
n Positive knowledge of local laws & regulations & rapport with statutory bodies.
n Excellent interpersonal relationships.
