Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month

We’re looking for a Junior Client Servicing Executive to support day-to-day client communication and project coordination at our creative agency.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients on WhatsApp, email and calls
- Understand requirements and collect content/assets
- Coordinate with designers and other team members
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines and revisions
- Share client feedback with the team
- Keep clients updated on project progress
- Maintain project trackers

Requirements

- 0–1 year experience
- Agency experience preferred
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of branding, social media and digital marketing
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Docs/Canva
- Organised, responsible and willing to learn
