SENIOR SOLUTION ARCHITECT – AIOps, Observability & Agentic AI

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to work on enterprise-level AIOps, Observability, IT Operations and Agentic AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be able to combine deep technical expertise with strong client-facing and pre-sales capabilities , particularly across AIOps, Observability and AI-led IT Operations transformation .

Key Expertise Required
- Solid experience in AIOps, ITSM, IT Operations and Observability
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps or comparable enterprise platforms
- Good exposure to monitoring and observability technologies such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, AppDynamics, New Relic or OpenTelemetry
- Strong cloud experience in AWS, Azure or GCP




- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins and CI/CD
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering and Agentic AI
- Experience with REST APIs, automation workflows and AI-powered IT Operations
- Strong experience in solutioning, pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, architecture design and PoC/PoV engagements
- Ability to engage with clients, understand business/technical requirements and present effective technology solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, consulting and stakeholder management skills
- ITIL knowledge and an Engineering/Technology degree are preferred
