EvoluteIQ is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Python to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of backend components for our enterprise-grade automation platform. This role requires strong programming skills, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience with large-scale system architectures.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend services using Python.
- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and frontend teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Optimize existing code for performance and maintainability.
- Implement APIs, micro services, and data processing pipelines.




- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions in production environments.

What will you bring to the team?

- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years in Python.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming concepts.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Good knowledge of RESTful API design, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and ORM tools.
- Working experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms such as
- AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka Experience with AI/ML integrations or data-intensive applications.
- Familiarity with message) and caching systems (Redis).
- Exposure to test automation and performance tuning.
