Job Responsibilities:-

Program Leadership & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end execution of the Code Takeover program across multiple application streams.
- Manage the transition through Build, Operate, and Transfer phases.
- Ensure successful knowledge acquisition of application architecture, codebase, infrastructure, and operational processes.
- Drive delivery predictability, quality, and adherence to agreed milestones.
- Establish and manage program-level roadmaps and dependency plans.

Agile Delivery Management
- Implement and govern Agile ways of working across engineering pods.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, and Release Planning.
- Monitor sprint velocity, throughput, burn-down, and delivery health metrics.
- Eliminate delivery impediments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.




- Ensure alignment between business priorities and engineering execution.

Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Establish and manage:

- Daily Operational Reviews

- Weekly Delivery Reviews

- Monthly Steering Committee Meetings

- Quarterly Leadership Governance Forums
- Prepare and present executive dashboards to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with Bank stakeholders, delivery teams.
- Drive decision-making and escalation management.

Risk, Dependency & Change Management
- Own and maintain Program RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
- Identify potential delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Manage application transition risks, SME dependencies, and operational readiness risks.
- Govern formal change request and scope management processes.
