n n 5–8 years of BIM Architecture experience
n Minimum 5 years of hands-on Revit project experience
n Experience in commercial construction and high-rise building projects
n Valuable communication skills (English proficiency)
n Notice period: Max 60 days
n n Strict No-Nos

n n Railway/infrastructure project experience
n Pure drafting or AutoCAD‐only background
n Interior residential freelancer profiles
n Site execution‐only architects
n "Basic knowledge of Revit" (no project-based usage)
