including HIPAA. • Customer service orientation and a willingness to work closely with clinical staff. Certification in Cerner Millennium EHR system or specific Cerner modules. • ITIL Foundation certification for understanding IT service management best practices. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification for managing EHR-related projects. • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools for generating reports and analyzing EHR data. • Familiarity with other EHR systems and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
