We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE/CRM . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, PCF Controls, Dynamics 365 CE customizations, and enterprise integrations .

The role requires an experienced developer who can work independently on complex Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions while collaborating with architects, business stakeholders, and distributed development teams.

Key Responsibilities Power Platform Dynamics 365 CE

- Design, develop, and customize Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Custom Pages, Forms, Views, Dashboards, and Business Process Flows .
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, particularly Sales and Customer Service.
- Develop and implement SLA, KPI, Business Rules, Actions, Workflows, and other CRM configurations .
- Develop CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources .
- Develop and maintain Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities .
- Design and develop custom PCF Controls for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications.

Dataverse Power Platform

- Design and optimize Dataverse tables, relationships, columns, views, and security models .
- Implement column-level security and role-based access controls .
- Develop enterprise-grade Power Automate Cloud Flows and Business Process Flows .
- Follow Power Platform best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Implement Power Platform ALM, Pipelines, solution layering, and environment strategies .




- Manage and work with managed and unmanaged solutions .

Integration Azure

- Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with enterprise applications using:

- Azure Service Bus

- Azure Logic Apps

- Azure Functions

- REST/SOAP APIs

- Webhooks

- Custom middleware
- Work with Azure AD, OAuth2, application registrations, and secure API integrations .
- Troubleshoot and optimize integrations across enterprise systems.

Required Skills Experience

- 8+ years of relevant technical experience in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Solid hands-on experience with Power Apps Model-Driven and Canvas Apps .
- Solid experience with Power Automate and Business Process Flows.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in PCF Control development.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse architecture, schema design, relationships, and security .
