Role: PHP Engineer as Web Dev Delivery Manager
- Work on live client projects — portals, directories, SaaS platforms built for US and UK enterprise clients.
- Your code is what the team's output gets measured against.
- Build a team of junior developers/interns/freshers and ensure you get the work done with quality, and on time.
- Own your projects, your team, from project initial discussion to client submissions, end to end.
- Manage and Improve your Team’s P&L.;

MUST HAVE SKILLS (EVERY LINE ITEM BELOW IS A MUST)
- PHP + JavaScript + jQuery + AJAX — 3+ years of production code. Not tutorials. Shipped code.
- MySQL — schema design, query optimisation, indexes, joins that work at scale.
- HTML, CSS, Bootstrap — responsive, cross-browser, functional interfaces.
- REST APIs — built them, consumed them, documented them.
- GitHub — branching, pull requests, code review. Version control is not optional.
- Debug production issues — found the root cause, fixed it, documented it.
- Read someone else's code and say clearly what is wrong and how to fix it.
- Convert a client requirement into a written technical plan before writing a single line of code.
- Written English the client can read — emails, documentation, status updates.
- Spoken English to lead project submissions meetings with stakeholders/clients.
- System thinking, architect thinking, understand complex of unstructured ideas, simplify it and present in a way its doable and get it done.
- UI/UX — understands basic design principles,



can wireframe a screen, and thinks about how a user will interact before building it.
- Automation First. Build SOP. Wire it as Automation. People follows it.
- System architecture — can read a project idea and draw out the components, data flow, and table relationships before writing code.
- Third-party integrations — payment gateways, SMS, email, OAuth, webhooks. Has wired them, broken them, and fixed them.
- Build your team, mentor them, take hiring/firing decisions appropriately, own results by leading 8-10 Juniors.
