Role Overview

Betterly Wellness is looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead our digital growth and build a strong online presence. The role combines performance marketing, content strategy, digital campaign management, and team building .

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and client acquisition through data-driven marketing while gradually helping build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, social media, and other relevant digital channels.
- Develop and oversee a content strategy that strengthens Betterly Wellness's digital presence and supports service awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create campaign plans for services, programs, events, corporate wellness, and brand-building initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, leads, conversions, and ROI, and continuously optimize based on data.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure all marketing communication is accurate, ethical, and aligned with the brand.
- Support the development of a strong in-house digital marketing team ,



including identifying required roles and coordinating content, design, social media, and performance marketing activities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for growth.

Requirements
- Proven experience in performance and digital marketing , with a solid understanding of paid advertising and campaign optimization.
- Experience in content development and digital content strategy .
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, analytics tools, and performance metrics.
- Ability to translate data and insights into clear marketing strategies and measurable results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and build a marketing team.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
