Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM Technical-Functional Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), technical configuration, integrations, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be customer- focused, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle OTM experience.
- Robust knowledge of OTM configuration and architecture.
- Expertise in Workflow Agents, Data Model, XML Schema, and Integrations.
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL experience.
- Experience with performance tuning, scalability, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset.




- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
- Background in Logistics and Transportation ( Good to have )

Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure advanced OTM Workflow Agents and business processes.
- Work with OTM Data Model, XML Schema, configuration, and architecture.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot OTM integrations.
- Perform performance tuning, scalability configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and optimize solutions using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical- functional solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver quality solutions.
- Develop and implement efficient processes while supporting continuous improvement.
