Senior Opcenter Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Opcenter Implementation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Siemens Opcenter (MES) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for MES design, configuration, integration, deployment, and support activities to optimize manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Siemens Opcenter MES solutions based on business requirements.

- Analyze manufacturing processes and translate them into MES functionalities.

- Develop and support integrations between Opcenter and enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and SCADA.

- Perform system testing, deployment, and production support.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end users during project execution.





- Prepare technical documentation and provide user training when required.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Siemens Opcenter/MES implementation.

- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.

- Experience with system integration, SQL databases, and web technologies.

- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) integration with MES.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in manufacturing domains such as Automotive, Semiconductor, Electronics, or Industrial Manufacturing.

- Knowledge of ISA-95 standards and Industry 4.0 concepts.

- Exposure to Opcenter Execution, Opcenter Intelligence, or related Siemens MES products.
