Network Support

Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network environments. The role requires strong expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, WAN/LAN technologies, network security, and incident management in a 24x7 support setting.The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring network availability, performance, security, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting global business operations.Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues involving LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and internet connectivity.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring network incidents and recommend permanent solutions.
- Configure, deploy, and manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
- Support network security initiatives including firewall policies,



ACL management, IDS/IPS, and VPN connectivity.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL standards.
- Work closely with vendors, ISPs, and internal teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Perform network performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization activities.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for critical network incidents.
- Support cloud networking environments and hybrid infrastructure deployments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and operational standards.

Required Qualifications
- VLAN is mandatory
- Core Networking skills
- Experience supporting Ubiquiti UniFi, Cato Networks, or similar networking platforms.
- CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar networking certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
