We’re not looking for someone who just knows how to make drawings.

We’re looking for someone who wants to become a seriously strong all-round designer and eventually build and lead a design team of their own.

At Eka Studio by Sana, you’ll work closely with Sana Vijan Chopra and become almost an extension of her design thinking — understanding how she approaches a space, develops concepts, makes decisions, presents to clients and translates an idea all the way to site.

With a community of 120,000+ people following our work, Eka Studio is growing quickly, and this role has no fixed ceiling.

You may be the right fit if:

- You have 3–8 years of Interior Design experience
- Your design language and design thinking are exceptional
- You have strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
- You can independently take a project from concept to execution
- You understand drawings, detailing, materials and sites
- You are comfortable communicating with clients
- Strong spoken and written English is extremely important
- You are curious about AI, technology and the future of design
- You want responsibility rather than waiting to be told every small thing
- You eventually want to lead people, projects and a design studio
- Most importantly, you genuinely love design.

Software can be taught.

Processes can be taught.

Taste, curiosity, ownership and the ability to think like a designer matter far more to us.
