Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technology strategies.

The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME,



collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the integration efforts by coordinating between business and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capability and performance.
Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Glue.
Experience with cloud-based data integration and ETL processes.
Robust understanding of data workflows and orchestration within cloud environments.
Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions.
Familiarity with scripting and automation to support integration tasks.
Knowledge of data security and compliance considerations in integration projects.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Glue.
This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
