About the job

Key responsibilities:
Format and lay out author manuscripts per Natals' print-ready standards (A4/A5, fonts, margins, headers)
Ensure consistent styling across chapters, headings, page numbers, TOC, and front/back matter
Proofread for layout errors, spacing, and structural consistency before final print
Coordinate with authors/editors to incorporate revisions into formatted files
Prepare print-ready PDFs and maintain version control across drafts
Flag formatting issues (image resolution, alignment, page breaks) before submission to print
