Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Copilot Developer with 8+ years of overall IT experience and solid hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
Develop and configure AI-powered Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Create Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps and Dataverse.
Develop complex Power Automate cloud flows and business process automations.
Integrate Copilot and Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Share Point, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, Azure, and external applications.
Build and configure custom connectors and integrate REST APIs.
Configure Copilot topics, actions, prompts, generative answers, authentication, and enterprise data sources.
Design scalable and secure Power Platform solutions based on business requirements.
Implement Power Platform ALM, environments, solutions, deployment pipelines, security, and governance.
Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
Work closely with business stakeholders,



solution architects, and technical teams.
Provide technical leadership, conduct code/design reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills
8+ years of overall IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Extensive experience developing enterprise-grade Copilot solutions.
Solid knowledge of Dataverse, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Custom Connectors.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Java Script/Type Script, and Microsoft Graph.
Good understanding of Power Platform security, governance, DLP policies, and environment management.
Experience with Power Platform ALM and CI/CD.
Solid understanding of Azure services and Microsoft 365 integrations.
Experience with Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, or AI integrations is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications
PL-400 – Microsoft Power Platform Developer
PL-600 – Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
Other relevant Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications.
