Job Description Key Responsibilities:
n Strategic Planning & Execution
n • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute business strategy and OKRs.
n • Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem solving.
n • Drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.
n Program & Project Management
n • Own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
n • Build and maintain project plans, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability.
n • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies.
n Operational Excellence
n • Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
n • Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics.
n • Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.
n Stakeholder Collaboration
n • Act as a liaison between internal teams such as product, ops, finance, and marketing.
n • Prepare communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
n • Support leadership with data, insights, and briefing materials to drive key decisions.

n Qualifications:




n • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
n • 3+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/ operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
n • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
n • Strong leadership and team management skills.
n • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
n • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
