Job Description We are looking for a CFO to lead the financial function of the agency. The role will drive financial planning, profitability, compliance, and business strategy, while partnering closely with leadership to scale operations sustainably.
n Responsibilities:
n • Drive overall financial strategy aligned with business growth
n • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
n • Track and improve profitability across clients and projects
n • Optimize pricing, margins, and cost structures
n • Manage cash flow and working capital efficiently
n • Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and legal regulations
n • Oversee accounting, reporting, and audit processes
n • Provide strategic financial insights to leadership
n • Build and lead a high-performing finance team
n • Implement financial systems,

n Requirements:
n • MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
n • 10–15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
n • Prior experience in a digital agency, advertising, media, or services business preferred
n • Robust understanding of agency financial models (retainers, project billing, media spends)
n • Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business strategy
n • Experience with financial tools, ERP systems, and dashboards
n • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
