Our work form India is increasing so we care currently looking for an experience New Zealand Student Visa Counsellor for our Ahmedabad Branch.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Current Zealand Student Visa Counsellor, located in office in Ahmedabad. The Student Visa Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding visa applications, conducting career and education counseling and assisting with document preparation.

Additional responsibilities include timely follow-ups with students, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional service to ensure a smooth and efficient visa application process.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling & Guidance
Assess students’ educational backgrounds, goals, and financial situations.
Guide students in selecting suitable courses, institutions, and programs.
Explain the benefits of studying in Current Zealand (education quality, work rights, PR pathways, etc.).
Visa Application Support




Guide students through the student visa process (especially under Immigration’s requirements).
Help gather and verify visa documents (e.g., offer letters, financials, SOPs, medicals, etc.).
Track visa application status and handle follow-ups.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all documents are complete, authentic and comply with immigration laws.
Stay updated on policy changes and institution specific entry criteria.
Sales & Conversion
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain conversion rates from application to visa approval.
Maintain proper data on student pipelines and reporting.
Training & Development
Regularly attend training sessions and agent webinars hosted by institutions.
Stay informed about changes in education policies, visa rules and university offerings.

Qualifications
Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of the education system and processes
Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in immigration consultancy is a plus
