Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, AI & Data Strategy, GCP Dataflow, Large Language Models (LLMs).
Good To Have Skills: Experience with AI & Data Strategy, GCP Dataflow, Large Language Models (LLMs).
Robust knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Ability to integrate generative artificial intelligence techniques into custom software solutions.
Familiarity with cloud-based data processing and workflow orchestration.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Generative AI.
This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
