We are seeking an experienced Sales Skilled to drive market penetration, distribution, and revenue growth for our FMCG portfolio (focusing on Nutrition, Infant/Baby Care, Food, and Beverages) in the Kurnool region. The ideal candidate will have deep local market knowledge, robust retailer relationships, and prior experience selling nutrition-based consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand the retail distribution network across assigned territories in and around Kurnool.
Drive secondary and primary sales targets for product categories, with specialized focus on nutrition/beverage portfolios.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stockists.
Implement trade promotions, visibility drives, and local BTL activation programs.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies,



and market trends to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Ensure stock availability, timely replenishment, and address supply-chain bottlenecks at the distributor level.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
Industry Background: Mandatory experience in the FMCG industry (Food, Beverage, Dairy, or Nutrition segments preferred).
Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience in selling nutrition-focused products / baby food / health beverages.
Geographical Familiarity: Must have deep knowledge of the local topography of Kurnool and surrounding areas.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language (Telugu) is essential along with working proficiency in English/Hindi.
Stability: Steady career trajectory (minimum 1.5+ years tenure in previous organizations; non-jumpy profile).
