About the role

Ask Cruz is an AI operating system for industrial and distribution businesses, selling primarily into the US market. We're hiring an SDR based in India to run outbound prospecting into US accounts — booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

This is a proven-performer hire: we need someone who has already sold into American buyers and knows how to work US time zones, US buying psychology, and US objection patterns.

What you'll do
Run high-volume outbound (cold calls, email, Linked In) into US-based industrial and distribution accounts
Book qualified discovery meetings for the closing team, with a set weekly/monthly quota
Work US business hours (or an overlapping shift) to cold call and respond in real time
Personalize outreach using account and contact research — not templated blasts
Keep CRM pipeline clean and accurate — every touch logged, every meeting outcome tracked

What we're looking for




2+ years as an SDR/BDR with a proven track record selling or booking meetings into the US market specifically — not domestic India sales experience
Comfortable on the phone with US prospects — accent-neutral, confident, able to handle pushback in real time
Experience with cold outbound at volume (not just inbound lead qualification)
Track record of hitting or exceeding quota — ask for numbers in the interview, not just claims
Fluent written and spoken English
Willingness to work US-overlapping hours

Nice to have
Experience selling software/SaaS (vs. services or staffing) into the US
Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or distribution buyers

Compensation
Base + commission, structured around meetings booked and pipeline that converts.
