Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and reporting on campaign outcomes. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall brand and content strategies.

Additional responsibilities include community management, responding to audience interactions, staying current with social media trends, and recommending cutting-edge approaches to improve performance.

Salary Range 20,000 - 30,000

Qualifications
Strong social media marketing skills, including campaign planning and platform management.
Proficiency in using AI tools and technologies to enhance social media strategies, content creation,



and data analysis.
Experience with content strategy and social media optimization (SMO) to drive engagement and growth.
Excellent communication and writing skills for explicit, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging.
Ability to analyze social media metrics, interpret insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Linked In, Instagram, scheduling platforms).
Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in office.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a creative agency or brand-focused environment is an advantage.
