Job Summary: This role will lead complex, cross-functional IT programs, with a strong focus on enterprise AI initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will drive alignment across various departments, manage program lifecycles, and ensure successful delivery of strategic technology workstreams. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a proven ability to influence and guide teams without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities:
Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI programs.
Manage comprehensive program plans and risk logs.
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and track action items.
Ensure AI initiatives adhere to governance and intake processes.
Coordinate AI use case teams for accountability and progress.
Must-Have Skills:
Robust command of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.




Proficiency with project management platforms like Jira.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills.

Industry Experience: Experience in enterprise IT program management, particularly with AI readiness and implementation, is highly preferred for this role within the technology and SaaS industry.
