Ltd.) Job Title: Manager - Quality Experience - 5 - 8 years Education- BE Electrical Additional Skills & Achievements: Knowledge of ISO / IATF requirements.

Location: Ahilyanagar works Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Monitor & evaluate supplier quality performance through KPIs and scorecards.

Handle supplier quality issues and non-conformances.





Drive supplier quality improvement programs.

Participate in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and Process Validation activities Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other problem-solving methodologies.

Supplier Audits , Flash Audit , Special process Audits & Part validation Technical Competencies: SAP awareness Must have expertise in Lean , six sigma, Poka-yoke, Kaizen Hands on experience in use of various QC tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Operational Responsibility: Ability to travel to supplier locations as required.

Customer Complaint Reduction Related to Supplier Parts.

Supplier Corrective Action Closure Effectiveness. SPC for parts
