Job Description:
- Must have hands-on experience managing enterprise-level clients within the Fin Tech/BFSI domain, including banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, payment companies, financial institutions, or related organizations.
Proven experience in end-to-end account management, including client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, service delivery, escalations, and account growth.
Solid understanding of Fin Tech/BFSI business processes, technology solutions, and industry-specific requirements.
Ability to manage CXO/senior-level stakeholders, conduct business reviews, and build long-term strategic client relationships.
Experience in identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding existing enterprise accounts.
Robust ownership of client satisfaction, renewals, retention, SLA management, and issue resolution.
Should have experience coordinating with internal delivery, technology, sales, and support teams to ensure successful client delivery.
Candidates without relevant Fin Tech/BFSI enterprise account management experience should not be considered/shared.
