Job Description We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Homeroom Teacher (HRT) for Grade 1 to join our team at our Jubilee Hills and Janwada Campuses.
n The ideal candidate must have experience teaching under the Cambridge and/or IB (International Baccalaureate) curriculum, with a strong understanding of inquiry-based, concept-driven, and student-centered learning approaches.
n As a Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for the overall academic, social, and emotional development of your class while delivering high-quality instruction aligned with international standards.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge and/or IB Primary Years frameworks across core primary subjects (English, Math, EVS/Science) etc.
n Implement inquiry-based and transdisciplinary teaching strategies
n Create a structured, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment




n Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessment methods
n Maintain detailed student records and prepare progress reports
n Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development
n Support students' social-emotional growth and well-being
n Participate in curriculum planning, school events, and career development
n n Qualifications & Requirements
n n Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area
n B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
n Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Cambridge and/or IB Primary curriculum
n Strong understanding of international curriculum standards
n Excellent classroom management and communication skills
n Ability to foster critical thinking and conceptual understanding
n Passion for working with young learners
