Job Description Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation , is looking to engage with a Project Manager, who is responsible for managing end-to-end machine building and industrial automation projects for the Client's plants, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
n The role involves cross-functional coordination, supplier management, risk handling, production support, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Manage end-to-end machine building and industrial automation projects
n Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with required quality
n Coordinate with plants, technical teams, suppliers, procurement, and internal stakeholders
n Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively
n Track project timelines, resources, costs, and delivery milestones
n Support machine installation, testing, stabilization, and production ramp-up
n Work with vendors/suppliers for component sourcing, pricing, and lead time management
n Ensure safety standards, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing practices are followed




n Conduct regular project review and progress meetings
n Support technical solutioning, quotations, and project planning
n Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
n Manage team workload, collaboration, and project execution efficiency

n Skills Required
n -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Mechatronics Engineering
n -3–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing projects
n -Experience in machine building, machine assembly, or industrial project management
n -Knowledge of industrial automation and manufacturing processes
n -Basic knowledge of PLC programming and IPC software
n -Understanding of electrical testing systems like MCB, MCCB, ACB, UPS, Energy Meter, etc.
n -Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and delivery
n -Solid project management and communication skills
n -Good English communication skills
n -Comfortable working on Windows/MS Office environment
