Job Description The Manager will participate in and lead the following job duties as directed:
n n Strategy, Requirements & Selection:
n Documents existing enterprise business applications, related business processes, and personas impacted
n Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements
n Envisions and develops representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clients
n Understands related security structures and best practices
n Designs and develops scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applications
n Creates dashboard presentations of quantitative and qualitative scoring of candidate options
n Supports Technical Leads, Developers and Managers by providing functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and client
n Solution Functional Design: Performs functional (business process) solution design in business applications (ERP, HCM, CRM, & related) contexts, to provide maximized business value and deliver solid business agility while meeting applicable requirements and constraints
n Consulting: Gains a deep understanding of client needs, analyzes best practices, and plays an integral part in defining and proposing business value solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
n Program & Project Management: Supports, and manages aspects of business applications implementations
n Documents and maintains project milestones, phases, elements, and budget
n Monitors project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activities
n Develops references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
n Implementation and Support: Provides functional support of NetSuite solutions and related technologies especially in supply chain side
n Manages and resolves issues, defects, and change requests




n Manages and performs systems configuration tasks (but not coding/development) for process workstreams as directed
n Provides ongoing support during project implementations and post-go-live support
n Responsible for configuration of solution based on requirements
n Fosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with the team

n n Supervisory Responsibilities:
n n Owns and drives completion of key workstreams as directed by project leaders
n Manages project workstreams as directed
n Mentors and develops entry level consultants and senior consultants
n n Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
n Education:
n n Bachelor's Degree and six (6) or more years of industry experience with hands on NetSuite ERP systems, required;
n NetSuite certifications preferred not mandatory with experience in MRP and Advanced manufacturing modules of NetSuite
n n Experience:
n n Six (6) or more years of business process analysis in primarily manufacturing and Supply chain industries.
n Experience in implementing Manufacturing modules and MRP in at least 5 or more projects
n Extensive client facing best practice consulting experience, preferred
n Comfortable with Advanced manufacturing concepts and exposure to its practical application in client projects , must.
n n Software:
n n Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, required
n n Oracle NetSuite,
n n Smartsheet, preferred
n Enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience, preferred
n n Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
n n Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
n Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
