Required Skills
5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience with at least 2+ years in Oracle Field Service.
Solid understanding of:
Field Service Management
Workforce Scheduling & Dispatch
Route Optimization
Mobile Workforce Solutions
Service Logistics
Experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud configuration.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to create solution design documents and functional specifications.
