Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of technical strategies to meet project goals.
Mentor and support team members to foster qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend.
Solid knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable custom software solutions.
Ability to enforce coding standards and conduct thorough code reviews.
Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
