Hiring BDE For (ED Tech)
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
Experience: 23 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Work Schedule
6 Days a Week
Sunday Working (Mandatory)
Weekly Off: Any one day between Tuesday & Thursday

Key Responsibilities
Handle company-provided leads and convert them into admissions.
Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads through calls, Whats App, and CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements
2–3 years of sales experience.
Minimum 2 year of EdTech sales experience (Mandatory).
Robust consultative selling and closing skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Must own a laptop.

Experience:
Sales in Ed-Tech: 2 years (Required)
