Description
Job Responsibilities/Task to accomplish/Territory
Develop transition roadmaps and implementation plans.
Establish governance models and program structures.
Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Drive execution across multiple workstreams.
Design and govern knowledge transfer frameworks.
Coordinate training and process documentation.
Validate transition readiness and stabilization plans.
Monitor post-transition performance.
Develop communication and change management plans.
Facilitate leadership steering committee meetings.
Manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
Promote adoption of the future-state operating model.
Maintain transition risk registers.
Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Establish regular governance reviews.
Track corrective actions and issue resolution.
Track transition advantages against business case assumptions.
Identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor productivity, quality, and service performance.
Report progress to executive leadership.
Standardize processes and best practices.
Identify automation and digitization prospects.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive scalability and operational excellence within GBS.
Qualifications (necessary for any candidate for this position)
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
10+ years of professional experience.
7+ years leading global transition, transformation, shared services, outsourcing, or GBS programs.
Demonstrated experience transitioning work from global locations into shared service or offshore environments.
Solid experience managing cross-functional and multi-country programs.
Proven track record delivering operational efficiencies and business case perks.
Experience working within multinational organizations.
