Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic business development professional to drive property acquisition and expansion in various regions of India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience dealing with both developers and landowners, negotiating and closing complex real estate transactions, and managing end-to-end site acquisition—from scouting to documentation to handover.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable fit for multi-screen expansion across designated markets/territories.
Build and maintain solid relationships with consultants, developers, and property owners to source current opportunities and negotiate favorable commercial terms and scope of work.
Conduct comprehensive property scouting—assessing catchment, competition mapping, demographic fit, and site suitability for the multi-screen.
Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of prospective properties/developers to support expansion targets
Track market trends, competitor expansion activity,



and terms benchmarks in relevant micro-markets.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong network and relationship management skills with developers, landowners, and channel partners.
Ability to read and interpret site layouts, floor plans, and basic technical/civil drawings.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple sites/markets simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint for site analysis and presentations.
Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and market scouting.

Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration.
2–5 years of relevant experience in retail real estate business development, with prior experience in multi-screen, anchor/big-box property expansion, will be preferred.

Preferred Background
Experience working with Multi Screen operators, department stores, hypermarkets, or other anchor/big-box formats.
Exposure to mall/high-street real estate ecosystems.
