n n 3–4+ years of professional experience in architecture.
n Solid understanding of space planning and architectural planning .
n Excellent skills in floor plan drafting and development .
n Ability to create functional, well-planned layouts based on project requirements.
n Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and detailing.
n Good understanding of materials, dimensions, and design standards.
n Ability to independently handle planning and drafting requirements.
n Good communication and coordination skills with the design and execution teams.
n n Key Focus of the Role:
n Space planning, floor-plan development, and producing accurate, practical architectural drawings.
