- Account for Incentive Expenses and related accruals.
- Ensure timely booking of revenue and expense provisions.
- Process salary accounting for company payrolls.
- Account for Pluxee (meal card) entries.
- Process Petrol Reimbursements and payouts.
- Handle Full & Final (F&F;) settlements and related accounting entries.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Manage PT, PF, and ESIC calculations, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and reconcile GST working papers.
- Prepare, file, and review GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
- Prepare and file GSTR-6 returns.
- Share IRN details with branches and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and statutory timelines.
- Prepare TDS and TCS workings.
- Reconcile TDS/TCS deductions and collections.
- File TDS and TCS returns and ensure statutory compliance.
- Prepare and submit quarterly TDS & TCS returns.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare Loan MIS and funding reports.
- Generate Maturity Reports and follow-up reports.
- Prepare periodic financial and operational MIS reports.
- Support the preparation of management reports and ad-hoc financial analyses.
- Maintain and submit brand partner reports.
Banking & Funding
- Maintain and update banking documents and records.
- Perform inter-company loan reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks regarding funding and documentation requirements.
Coordination & Audit
- Coordinate with branches, brand representatives, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by management and finance leadership.
