Job Purpose and Position Overview :

The Senior Executive Production is responsible for delivering production excellence across revenue cycle management (RCM) processes including charge posting, payment posting, accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups, and patient statements. This role ensures 100% production delivery with 99% accuracy, SLA adherence of 98%, and strict compliance with organizational and client requirements.

As an experienced team member, the Senior Executive also supports knowledge sharing, process improvements, and training initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the BR IM Service Delivery team and helping achieve departmental KPIs.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

- Achieve 100% daily production targets across assigned processes (charges, payments, AR follow-ups, patient statements).
- Maintain 99% quality accuracy with minimal errors and rework.
- Consistently achieve SLA adherence of 98% for client deliverables.
- Process and reconcile charges, payments, and AR activities within defined timelines.
- Work on AR tasks (follow-ups, denials, no response) and escalate unresolved issues as required .
- Ensure patient statements are processed, verified,



and uploaded as per SLA.
- Adhere t o PMS workflows ( Ecw , Athena and EMDS ) and organizational SOPs.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ISMS, and QMS standards.
- Participate in error correction and resubmission activities to reduce rework.
- Track personal KPIs and report daily deviations to Team Lead.
- Support automation and process improvement by identifying manual gaps.

- Deliver consistent, accurate , and timely outputs aligned with organizational and client standards.
- Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to improve efficiency.
