Role & responsibilities The incumbent will coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support day-to-day marketing collateral requirements. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, admissions, placements, and other departments to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication across digital and institutional platforms

Support and assist in planning and executing marketing activities.

- Assist in editing, writing, and proofreading scripts and content for institute level creative requirements.
- Coordinate the development of marketing collaterals such as banners, flyers, web creatives, standees, and

prospectuses for schools, higher institutions, and the university.
- Act as a liaison person between internal departments including academics, admissions,



placements, events,

and marketing.
- Collect content inputs, track approvals, and ensure timely execution of communication requirements.
- Facilitate smooth information flow across departments for all communication initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, English, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, corporate communication, digital marketing, or content coordination.

- Experience in the education sector will be preferred.
