Are you a technology-driven leader with 12+ years of experience who can combine strong technical depth with people leadership and business ownership?

We’re looking for a Senior Software Development Manager (L5) to lead our offshore engineering organization across Development, QA, Business Analysis, and Deployment .

This role is best suited for a Developer / Architect turned Engineering or Development Manager who can challenge architecture and design decisions, understand the product/domain quickly, and drive teams toward high-quality delivery.

? Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance and delivery of the offshore organization

• Provide strong technical leadership across Architecture, Design, and Code Reviews

- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure predictable delivery

• Partner closely with US Development Managers & Directors on strategy, execution, and governance

- Engage with customers to understand needs, resolve issues, and drive alignment

• Establish data-driven governance, metrics, and reporting for senior leadership

- Build a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence

• Drive Agile practices, process improvements, and operational efficiency

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 12+ years of overall software engineering experience





✅ Strong experience managing software development teams

✅ Background as a Software Developer / Tech Lead / Architect with strong technical depth

✅ Proven ability to operate as a Techno-functional leader

✅ Strong stakeholder and customer management skills

✅ Experience working with global / US teams

✅ Excellent communication, ownership, and decision-making skills

✅ Robust understanding of engineering metrics and delivery governance

✅ Ability to independently drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment

⭐ Good to Have

☑️ AWS / Cloud experience

☑️ SaaS product development experience

☑️ AI awareness or experience delivering AI-led solutions

☑️ Experience with Jira, Asana, Polarion, or similar tools

☑️ Experience managing globally distributed teams
