ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Wintel Engineer with robust expertise in Windows, VMware, Linux and Azure environments. Linux experience is a priority among these technologies.

• ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide L3 support for Windows, Linux, VMware and Azure environments




• Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues
• Handle server crashes, no-boot, memory leaks and unresponsive systems
• Analyze memory dumps and Windows performance issues
• Manage incidents, escalations, changes and problem management
• Perform patching, security and configuration management
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration tools
• Support enterprise infrastructure deployments and migrations
• Lead L1/L2 teams and coordinate with customers/vendors
• Maintain DR procedures, documentation and CMDB accuracy
